Cancellation Policy

Reschedule or cancel your audit call any time using the link in your confirmation email. We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice.

You may cancel a project with written notice. You'll pay for work completed up to the cancellation date, and we'll hand over everything built so far once the account is settled.

Cancel with 30 days' written notice. Service continues through the end of the notice period, and we'll help you move your system and data wherever you need.

We may end an engagement for non-payment or misuse of our services, with written notice. Any prepaid amount for work not performed will be refunded.
