These terms explain the rules for using the ElixirTek website and working with us. By using the site or our services, you agree to them.

01Who we are

ElixirTek designs, builds and maintains custom AI software for businesses. "We" and "us" mean ElixirTek; "you" means the person or company using our site or services.

02Using our website

You may browse the site for lawful purposes. Don't attempt to disrupt it, access it without permission, scrape it at scale, or use it to send spam or harmful content.

03Project agreements

Each build is covered by a written proposal or statement of work that sets out scope, timeline and price. If that document conflicts with these terms, the project document wins.

04Payments

Invoices are due on the dates in your project agreement. Late payments may pause work until the account is current.

05Ownership

Once paid in full, you own the custom software we build for you. We keep ownership of our general tools, know-how and pre-existing code, and grant you a license to use any of it included in your build.

06Confidentiality

We keep your business information private and only use it to deliver your project. We ask you to do the same with our non-public materials.

07Warranties and liability

We build with care and fix defects covered by your project agreement. Beyond that, services are provided as-is, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior three months.

08Communications

If you give us your phone number or email, you agree we can contact you about your inquiry and our services. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or asking us to remove you.

09Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continued use means you accept the changes.
