Refund Policy

Custom software is built specifically for you, so refunds work a little differently than for off-the-shelf products. Here's how we handle them.

01AI audit calls

Our initial audit call is free, so there is nothing to refund.

02Deposits

Project deposits reserve our team's time and cover discovery and planning. They are refundable in full if you cancel within 3 business days of paying and before work begins.

03Work in progress

Once work has started, payments for completed milestones are non-refundable. If a project ends early, we refund any prepaid amount for work not yet performed.

04Ongoing support plans

Monthly support and hosting fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. Cancel any time to stop future charges.

05If something isn't right

If a delivered feature doesn't match the agreed scope, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll fix it at no extra cost.

06How to request a refund

Email us with your invoice number and reason. We respond within 5 business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
